Every Nevada LLC is required to file an Annual List with the Secretary of State each year. It confirms the managers or members of the LLC and pays a $350 state fee. If you miss it, the state revokes your good standing and eventually suspends the LLC entirely.
Your deadline is the last day of the month your LLC was originally formed. For example, if you formed in April, your Annual List is due every April 30. We track this for you and file 30 days early.
